Job Title: Consulting Manager

You will employ your management and leadership skills to oversee consulting services delivered to customers.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, scope of work, deliverables, resources, and customer satisfaction.

Essential skills required for this role are project management, resource management, scope management, communication, technical expertise, and relationship management.

It is expected that you possess a mature level of stated skills and are ultimately responsible for the success or failure of the project, account, and the relationship with the customer.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering, or any related discipline including language and arts with necessary technical training and experience.
  • Familiarity with our company culture represented by our core values.
  • Competence in at least business domains such as distribution, sales, sales order management, SFA, CRM, finance, manufacturing, etc.
  • Knowledgeable on a variety of business domains such as pharmaceutical, medical sciences, consumer packaged goods, computing, etc.
  • Able to lead one large or multiple small projects concurrently by coordinating with technical leads/managers.
  • Ability to inspire and create a positive influence on people and build and lead a team of high performers.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, documentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to create trusted relationships with Customers and Partners.
  • Competent in facilitating in person, online, and over the phone sessions with customers/partners.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Achieved outstanding results in business, technology, or other area of interest including arts and sports.
