Strategic Learning Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development and execution of training programs across our organization.
This role is ideal for an individual with experience in learning and development who is looking to take on a leadership-supporting capacity.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing company-wide training initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Support the management of employee training programs, including onboarding, technical skills development, and leadership programs.
- Monitor training outcomes and compile reports to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment.
- Coordinate external trainers, resources, and logistics for in-person and online sessions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development processes and content.
- Utilize Learning Management System tools for training assignments, tracking, and reporting.
- Promote a culture of lifelong learning and career development within departments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
- Learning and Development or Human Resources-related certifications will be advantageous.
Work from Office location.
Location:Islamabad/Rawalpindi (DHA 1 Sector F).
