Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. They will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will also provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals. They will lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

In addition, they will identify and resolve financial issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve process efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will also support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes, demonstrate a high level of accountability and integrity, and exhibit exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum CA (Finalist) qualification is required; CA Qualified candidates will be preferred.">
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in an IT-based organization.">
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.">
  • A proven track record of leading and managing high-performance finance and accounting teams.">
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis, including taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.">
  • Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using Oracle NetSuite and Power BI.">
  • A strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.">
  • The ability to work on-site during hybrid-shift timings.">
