Need to coordinate Meetings, Coordination with all project leads on daily basis to take project updates and prepare reports (Excel and Power Point) for management review. This includes monitoring and reporting, Bottlenecks identification and resolutions, inter-departmental coordination with respect to drawings and materials. The key role is to provide support to site teams for smooth execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordination on Meetings, Managing Calander, initiating meeting invites and ensuring coordination with all departments on meetings.
  • Providing Projects update to management in form of presentations and reports.
  • Making weekly/Monthly Target reports.
  • Following up with site teams on daily basis on progress and targets.
  • Coordination b/w Head Office and Project Site Teams.
  • Developing Analysis between planned and actual progress.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and coming up with resolution strategies.
  • Developing procurement plans and ensuring procurement tracking.
  • Generating material PRs.
  • Projects RFI's Coordination.
  • Visibility of Material Demands tracking of all projects.
  • Coordination with Design and drawings control management.

Qualification:

Construction relevant Engineering Degree Or Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or Management
