Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Specialist who can align with our company's niche in tech resource augmentation and software development.

About the Role:

This is an entry-level, full-time position that requires exceptional writing skills, strong command of English, and proficiency in creating content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality content tailored to the US tech market, including LinkedIn posts, Facebook updates, Instagram stories, and X posts.
  • Craft personalized LinkedIn DMs targeting founders, CTOs, and decision-makers.
  • Write persuasive email marketing campaigns.
  • Ghostwrite articles and posts reflecting the company's voice and expertise.
  • Conduct research to understand the target audience's preferences and pain points.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to craft compelling content.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals.
Social Media Management:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific posts to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Performance Optimization:
  • Track and analyze content performance using data insights to improve results.
  • Experiment with various content formats and styles for better engagement.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align content with company goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong Writing Skills: Excellent command of English with emphasis on clarity, persuasion, and adapting tone to suit target personas.
  • Tech Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the tech resource augmentation model and US market trends.
