Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to customers and distributors, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues related to our diagnostic products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve maintenance service goals, drive commercial success, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to product-related inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting needs with professionalism and care.
  • Offer prompt tele-remote support, gather and analyze customer feedback, and generate insightful reports for internal improvement.
  • Act independently within company policies and serve as a knowledge resource for colleagues, offering guidance and mentorship.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related scientific field.
  • 1-2 years of practical laboratory experience, preferably in clinical chemistry or immunology.
  • A strong interest in customer-facing support roles, with a focus on relationship building and solution delivery.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, confident in handling both technical and service-related queries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools; experience with the CISCO system is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Cobas 4000/6000, Cobas Pure, or Cobas Pro diagnostic platforms.
