Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and distributors, ensuring our diagnostic solutions deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain direct contact with customers and distributors to provide responsive service and accurate technical guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve maintenance service goals and support technical and commercial success
  • Respond to product-related inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting needs with professionalism and care
  • Provide prompt tele-remote support, gather and analyze customer feedback, and generate insightful reports for internal improvement
  • Act independently within company policies and serve as a key knowledge resource for colleagues with less experience, offering guidance and mentorship
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related scientific field
  • Have 1–2 years of practical laboratory experience, preferably in clinical chemistry or immunology
  • Have a strong interest in customer-facing support roles, with a focus on relationship building and solution delivery
  • Have good communication and presentation skills and be confident in handling both technical and service-related queries
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data analysis tools; experience with the CISCO system is a plus
  • Have working knowledge of Cobas 4000/6000, Cobas Pure, or Cobas Pro diagnostic platforms
