Senior Talent Acquisition at NOW Software

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and oversee the implementation of complex software and hardware systems, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.

Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide systems.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with at least 3 years in software architecture and design. Strong experience with Microservices Architecture.

Hands-on with clean architecture design following CQRS.

Strong expertise in architecture frameworks and methodologies.

Proficiency in designing solutions for cloud as well as on premises platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

In-depth knowledge of software development in .NET technologies especially .NET core and with React, SQL server and other technologies.

Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
