AI Agent Workflow Delivery Lead

Overview

This role is a unique blend of senior product thinking, client solutions architecture, and project orchestration. Your main goal will be to take on complex operational challenges and deliver fully executed AI agent workflows from discovery to deployment.

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, driving clarity, alignment, and delivery across multiple stakeholders, systems, and constraints. Internally, you will work closely with automation engineers, operations experts, and founders to own the path from SOP to live agent system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end AI agent systems for enterprise clients
  • Interface directly with client operations and product stakeholders to clarify use cases and manage delivery expectations
  • Convert ambiguous client SOPs into structured workflows and execution plans
  • Collaborate tightly with engineers to design and ship automation-ready solutions
  • Lead structured implementation processes, including scoping, change management, UAT, and feedback integration
  • Anticipate risks and solve them before they slow us down
  • Balance near-term client priorities with long-term platform scalability
Requirements
  • 6+ years in product, solutions, or client delivery roles
  • Experience owning delivery of B2B or enterprise software products or services
  • Hands-on experience translating operational SOPs into structured workflows or software features
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure with limited oversight and shifting priorities
  • Proficient with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana or similar
  • Comfortable building basic operational forecasts using Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable
  • Able to perform light data analysis to support decision-making and uncover process improvements
