Job Title: Senior Workflow Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong project management abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and Enhance Workflows
    • Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software) for improved efficiency and productivity.
    • Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions to ensure smooth execution.
  • Comprehensive Workflow Management
    • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
    • Ensure seamless project execution by accounting for all stages and processes, and providing timely insights to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Cross-Party Communication
    • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties, promoting transparency and effective teamwork.
  • Subcontractor Collaboration System
    • Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms, enhancing collaboration and reducing administrative burdens.
  • Dashboard Development
    • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information, ensuring that key stakeholders have real-time visibility and can make informed decisions.
    • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users, regardless of their technical background.
  • Team Onboarding and Training
    • Provide comprehensive training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption and maximize the benefits of Monday.com.
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration
    • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the team to design and implement new workflows, processes, and best practices that drive business success.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools, as well as other relevant technologies and software.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
