Senior Software Engineer (MERN)

We are seeking an experienced software development professional to design and build high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your skills in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Architect robust application structures to ensure durability and maintainability.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services when necessary.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to our software development processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development, particularly with the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and cloud-based services.
  • Good knowledge of database design and management, specifically with MongoDB.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure software quality.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (especially Git) and agile development practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
