About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering efforts. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage and grow team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a distributed engineering team, ensuring alignment with company goals and projects strategy.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development process, from architecture design and implementation to delivery and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Development teams to align engineering efforts with business priorities.
  • Drive DevOps and SQA practices to maintain high standards of code quality, system uptime, and continuous delivery.
  • Manage the architecture of large-scale, secure systems that are scalable and optimized for rapid development cycles.
  • Implement and uphold security best practices and compliance standards, ensuring the safety of data and system integrity.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing large, distributed engineering teams in the software or SaaS industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Laravel, Vue, Node.js, Python, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, scalable, and secure architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead rapid development cycles while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience in DevOps practices, SQA, and security management.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Fintech industry or with regulatory compliance solutions.
