Sales professionals play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify Customer Needs: Conduct research to understand customer requirements and preferences.
  2. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
  3. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Manage Sales Process: Utilize software programs to manage the sales process, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
  5. Analyze Performance: Track and analyze sales performance using CRM databases to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce or related fields is preferred.
  2. Experience: Prior experience of 1 year with customer service and call center in relevant job roles.
  3. Skills: Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems, customer-oriented attitude, professionalism, multitasking, time management, target achieving skills, self-motivation, influence, negotiation, selling skills, persuasion, telephone sales, customer focus, closing skills, problem-solving, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills.
