Distribution Manager Job Description

Oxford University Press Pakistan has a vacancy for a skilled Distribution Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the distribution and warehouse function of the organization.

The position involves overseeing the entire logistics process, from receiving goods to delivering them to customers. It requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Analyze and optimize distribution processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing distribution/warehouse functions in an MNC environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
