API Integration Engineer

We are looking for a skilled API Integration Engineer to join our team. As an API Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for developing detailed solution designs from high-level use cases in post-sales technical onboarding.

  • Mapped business processes to API calls, data models, event triggers, and AI-powered automation flows.
  • Prototyped and launched new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs.
  • Led discovery workshops, documented requirements, and created statements of work.
  • Troubleshoot live integrations, optimized performance, and wrote clear hand-off documents.
  • Fed product engineering with customer feedback and reusable templates.
  • Trained customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns.

Requirements:

  • Fluency with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus).
  • 3+ years in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS.
  • Comfortable explaining complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray…).
  • Solid requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills.
  • Experience in writing your own agent.
  • Code fluency in a popular language (Python, JS, Ruby etc)
  • Bachelor's in CS/SE (or equivalent real-world chops).
