Senior Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Management Specialist to contribute to fraud prevention frameworks, forensic reviews, and advisory projects across digital payment channels and mobile banking platforms.
- Lead risk assessment programs across multiple industries and geographies to ensure the integrity of our clients' financial systems.
- Develop strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with regulatory standards for risk mitigation and compliance.
- Oversee large-scale investigations into financial crimes, cyber threats, and operational risks specific to digital banking platforms, mobile payments, and e-wallets.
- Provide expert advice to C-level executives on emerging risk detection technologies, digital payment security, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Mentor and manage teams of specialists to deliver high-impact client solutions that minimize financial losses.
- Stay updated on emerging risks, digital payment trends, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or financial crime advisory.
- Strong knowledge of global compliance frameworks (AML, FATF, SOX, Basel II/III).
- Expertise in risk detection systems, data analytics, and forensic methodologies.
- Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relating to risk prevention and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client advisory skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive engagement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputable universities.
