Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished senior developer to lead our web application development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Ensure high-performance, quality, and responsive applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web development.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team lead role.

  • Experience in Flutter or React Native for mobile application development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles.
