Financial Expert Role

The Position:

  • We are seeking a skilled Financial Expert to join our team.

This key member will work closely with a manager. Fluency in English is essential for this role.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger.
  • Completing reconciliations and performing variance analysis.
  • Reviewing financial documents for accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting external accounting firms with tax filing preparation.
  • Assisting with the annual financial statement audit process.

Requirements and Expectations:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial principles, and accounting methods.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and other accounting software applications.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience with accounting software applications, especially NetSuite, is required.
