AP Service Delivery Expert

You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient processing and payment of vendor invoices. This involves working closely with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review accounts payable reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

  • Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve any issues or queries related to vendor activities and payments.

  • Monitor and update records of monthly payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.

  • Manage a team of individuals responsible for invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate processing while addressing any issues that arise during the process.

  • Develop and implement budgetary plans, authorize monthly reconciliations processes, and regulate timely payments issuance.

  • Review and authorize payment transactions uploaded on the banking portal by the payables team, ensuring tax withholdings and documentations are complete and accurate.

  • Ensure all GLs, cost centers, and internal orders are correctly mapped in the ERP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2–3 years in Accounts Payable or P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process.

  • Prior exposure to accounts payable processes, vendor management, GRIR clearing, and payment cycles, internal controls & compliance, reporting & analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of AP processes, tax compliance, and analytical skills to manage vendor reconciliations & dispute resolution.

  • Good understanding of DPO (Days Payable Outstanding), cash flow impact & working capital, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Looker Studio (for reporting/analytics).

  • Proven experience in service delivery or a related field, with a track record of success in managing teams and meeting SLAs.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP Fiori/Hana.
