Senior Project Coordinator Job

The role of Senior Project Coordinator is critical to the success of our solar power plant projects team. We seek a seasoned professional to oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring high standards of efficiency and compliance are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Oversight: Coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Compliance Management: Monitor adherence to applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  3. Client and Vendor Liaison: Interact with clients/vendors to interpret their needs and requirements, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality control assessments, reporting on project status and progress.
  5. Team Supervision: Assign tasks and mentor project team members, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  6. Communication: Facilitate open communication among project managers, participants, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Electrical engineer with a Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  2. 4-5 years of experience in technical solar projects, with proven project management skills.
  3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
  4. Knowledge of industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
  5. Ability to manage multiple discipline projects and possess strong leadership and supervision skills.
