Job Title: Assistant Manager Plant Coordination

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. This key role will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between Head Office and Plant, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

  • This includes acting as a liaison with other departments, coordinating trainings and special events as required.

The successful candidate will also gather monthly data from each department, review it, and forward it to the Commercial Manager at Head Office for financial reporting purposes.

  • Closely coordinating with the Safety Department is crucial to ensure smooth operations.

Additionally, this role provides support to the Plant Head in achieving organizational objectives.
