Hospital Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the assigned area, guaranteeing seamless provision of precise and timely drug-related information.
- Efficiently utilize expertise to support healthcare professionals with comprehensive guidance on pharmaceuticals and medical treatments.
- Collaborate actively in the publication of internal newsletters, posters, and institutional presentations, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
- Develop in-depth knowledge regarding inventory management and all aspects of hospital pharmacy services.
- Foster a culture of excellence by providing training to staff and interns on drug information protocols and clinical pharmacy best practices.
- Cultivate effective relationships with healthcare professionals across departments to ensure safe and efficient medication use and management.
- Possess a B.Pharm or Pharm.D degree with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy or drug information role, with supervisory experience being highly desirable.
- Demonstrate profound knowledge of drug information resources and control procedures.
- Excel in written and verbal communication, along with analytical abilities.
- Showcase strong research skills and hands-on experience in creating educational materials such as posters and newsletter publications.
