Key Responsibilities:- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well understood.
- Conduct basic data analysis and research to support decision-making.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to capture needs.
- Help in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and simple mockups.
- Assist in testing, validation, and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and requirement gathering techniques.
- Ability to analyze problems and propose logical solutions.
- General understanding of software concepts such as APIs, Databases, frontend, backend, web, UI and UX.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.
