We are seeking a Software Business Analyst (minimum 1 year experience) to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable plans for development teams. You will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design efficient software solutions to boost productivity and achieve organizational goals.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture and document business needs and objectives.

  2. Documentation: Prepare clear functional specs, user stories, use cases, and process flows, ensuring requirements are measurable and traceable.

  3. Analysis: Review existing processes and systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.

  4. Communication: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication of requirements, priorities, and updates.

  5. Solution Design: Translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.

  6. Testing Support: Assist QA in developing test plans/cases and participate in testing to ensure quality and user satisfaction.

  7. Change Management: Assess impact of changes, identify risks, plan mitigations, and support smooth adoption of new solutions.

  8. Continuous Improvement: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation and process optimization.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

  2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  5. Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools.

  6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

  7. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and practices.

  8. Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce is a plus.
