Business Development Role at F3 Technologies

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business development efforts, focusing on sustained growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor revenue streams to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  2. Evaluate and enhance sales, marketing, and branding strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Analyze competitor behavior to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  4. Nurture client relationships and establish industry partnerships to foster long-term growth.
  5. Research and create opportunities to acquire new clients through strategic networking.
  6. Negotiate and close business deals that contribute to sustained revenue.
  7. Assess potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions to expand business opportunities.
  8. Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by management.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development or a related role.
  • Advanced knowledge of business development and marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to identify profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor behavior.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client relationships and partnerships.
  • Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
