Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to drive our growth as a Business Growth Strategist. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into successful partnerships.

This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as market research, competitor analysis, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals that align with our company's goals and values.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by leveraging CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
