">About the Role

The Head of E-commerce is a pivotal position that requires a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee e-commerce strategy, execution, and success.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies for clients, aligned with their business objectives.
  • Define clear e-commerce goals for client growth, focusing on increasing sales, improving user experience, and expanding market presence.

This role involves leading the team of virtual assistants assigned to e-commerce clients, ensuring they work collaboratively to meet the clients' goals. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of e-commerce solutions.

E-commerce Strategy Expertise
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously optimize e-commerce strategies to meet client needs.
  • Drive innovation by recommending new strategies, testing new ideas, and ensuring continuous improvement in e-commerce offerings.

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction for clients' e-commerce websites, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), and other sales platforms. Drive e-commerce sales by optimizing product listings, enhancing SEO, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Analyze and report on e-commerce performance, focusing on key metrics such as sales growth, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Present findings to clients and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
