
Customer Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, scrutinizing and resolving customer complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in journalism or mass communication and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors and partners
- Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
