·Become a trusted advisor—not just a sales representative.

·Present our brand and show how it fits the market demand.

·Recommend products based on Customers, Market trends, and retail goals.

·Offer guidance on product pricing, promotions, and usage.

·Provide follow-up, data tracking, and consistent check-ins to ensure ongoing success.

·Meet and exceed monthly sales targets across your assigned region.

Skills and Qualifications:

·A confident and empathetic communicator with a strong drive to succeed.

·Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to empowering professionals.

·Organized, self-motivated, and excited to solve problems creatively

·2-3 years' experience in Skin Care /Hair Care, Dermatology, and Cosmeceuticals industry (preferred).
