  • Set up tracking to ensure every click, lead, and conversion is measured.
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goal.
  • Develop and present actionable insights regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and performance tracking tools.
  • Experience with CRO tools and landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, Instapage).
  • Agile mindset comfortable moving fast and adapting strategies.
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, or startup environments.
