About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to drive our customer acquisition, engagement, and brand expansion.

The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, attract new clients, and optimize digital marketing performance.

This role involves paid media, organic growth strategies, conversion optimization, and analytics-driven decision-making.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Lead content marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates for lead generation
  • Track KPIs, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to drive ROI
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to enhance brand messaging
  • Experiment with new marketing channels and automation tools for scalable growth

Requirements:

  • SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
  • Social Media Growth (TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube strategies)
  • Marketing Automation (for e.g. Zapier, Webflow, Notion)

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record in scaling brands and executing ROI-driven campaigns
  • Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into action
  • Passion for fintech, wealth management, and financial education (a plus)
