Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated and dedicated Security & Admin Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for extending active support in designing and executing action plans against areas of improvement identified in audit observations. You'll also supervise and control the security staff of our facility, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Initiative: Lead and supervise admin staff, fire-fighting staff, and janitorial/sanitation/horticulture/guarding staff at the facility, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to protocols.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Development: Collaborate with Manager Admin Services & Security to implement structural improvements and functional reorganization, driving business strategy and organization goals.
  • Security Operations: Work closely with Security & Admin staff to ensure timely delivery of security reports, take action/resolve issues/queries, and maintain maximum participation in various Security and Admin assignments.
  • Administrative Control & Affairs: Supervise traffic arrangement at the facility, monitor daily rounds, check logbooks, and discuss with Manager Admin Services & Security/Plant Manager.
  • Cultural Transformation: Represent the Security & Admin department on various local, regional, and corporate platforms, acting as a liaison to ensure company values are well-embed at facility site.

Your Background:

  • Degree: F.A preferable Graduate
  • Work experience: Ex-Army or Police Officer as Commanding Officer
  • English fluency, both written and spoken

What You'll Bring:

  • Preferably - Training on counter terrorism from CTD - Punjab Police or Pak Army.
  • Knowledge of Implementation & Monitoring of Integrated Management System.
