About Us:

We are a pioneering organization with a mission to revolutionize the traditional tandoor industry. Our vision is to establish a network of hygienic and quality-focused tandoor outlets nationwide, addressing the pressing issue of unhygienic tandoors.

We currently operate one shop with plans to expand to multiple locations. As the first brand in the tandoor industry, we have set a new standard for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee production, sales, and inventory management teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inventory Management: Strategically manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Sales Training: Train and mentor salespersons to enhance their skills and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Shop Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of our shops, adhering to high standards of hygiene and quality.
  • On-the-Job Training: Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and expertise.
Job Requirements
  • Field Work: Be prepared to engage in fieldwork related to hiring, procurement, and market research.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is highly valued, although not essential.
  • Customer Service: Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and manage shop employees.
  • Education: Hold a minimum of a BSc degree (FSc level candidates may be considered in special circumstances). MBA graduates are strongly encouraged.
