Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with expertise in technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and make technical decisions quickly. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building scalable and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop full-stack MVPs from scratch using agile methodologies
  • Own tech stack decisions and choose the best tools and frameworks based on project requirements
  • Build polished and responsive web frontends using modern frameworks and libraries
  • Develop robust and secure backend services and APIs using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java
  • Integrate frontend and backend for seamless performance and user experience
  • Optimize for performance, scalability, and clean code practices on both ends
  • Collaborate with the founding team to ship MVPs and iterate based on user feedback
Requirements
  • Strong frontend engineering skills with experience in React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, or similar frameworks
  • Robust backend development expertise with proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or similar
  • Tech stack agnostic with flexibility in choosing the right tool for each unique MVP
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and frontend performance optimization
  • Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, system design, and database architecture
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Comfortable working independently and making technical decisions without supervision
  • Experience in building MVPs, prototypes, or early-stage startup products is a plus
