Job Title: Operations Team Lead

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing various tasks and projects in the construction industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and oversee project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with government departments for contractual works and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of workers, from laborers to engineers, to deliver exceptional results.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
