Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

">Job Description:

The Finance Department seeks a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee accurate and timely bookkeeping, ensuring efficiency and compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R), ensuring timely recording of payments to suppliers / service providers.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
  • Report on debt recovery and aging reports.
  • Manage daily routine tasks, including data entry and reconciliations with suppliers / customers / banks / inter-group companies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software / ERPs and Microsoft Office.
