Responsibilities
  1. Generate new leads, meet sales targets, and close deals.
  2. Utilize email marketing and other social media platforms to increase sales and attract customers.
  3. Develop and implement effective social media campaigns to enhance factory presence and engagement in the international market.
  4. Liaise with foreign customers and coordinate with the production department.
  5. Communicate with foreign buyers to understand their requirements and provide necessary support.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  7. Stay updated on the latest global Sportswear trends and incorporate them into product developments and marketing strategies.
Job SpecificationRequirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sportswear product development and marketing.
  2. At least 2 years of experience as a marketing/merchandising manager, with a proven ability to generate new leads and coordinate with production teams.
  3. Proficiency in relevant software and communication tools.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Experience in social media marketing is essential.
  6. Knowledge of local and international market sources for materials, accessories, and trims procurement for use in productions and new developments.
  7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
