This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an E-commerce Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across various channels.

As a key member of our customer service department, you will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and provide timely account support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Inquiry Resolution
    1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
    2. Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  2. Order Management & Fulfillment
    1. Assist in processing returns and manage the fulfillment process smoothly.
    2. Track and record shipments to ensure seamless delivery.
  3. Live Customer Chats & Account Support
    1. Handle live customer service chats, addressing queries and providing timely account support.
    2. Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  4. Technology & Computer Proficiency
    1. Utilize data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) to manage customer interactions and records.
    2. Leverage your technical proficiency to enhance customer service operations.
  5. Clear & Effective Communication
    1. Exhibit strong written and verbal English skills to communicate clearly with customers and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
  1. You must be able to commute daily to our office.
  2. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
  3. Previous e-commerce experience or familiarity with platforms like eBay is a plus.
  4. A personal laptop is required for daily office use.
