We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior management.
- You will be responsible for managing and maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Your primary objective will be to conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations to support executive decision-making.
- You will act as a liaison between our senior management, the executive team, and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading correspondence, documents, and reports with a high level of accuracy is also a key responsibility.
- Ensuring timely follow-ups on pending tasks, emails, and commitments is essential to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- You will support in preparing agendas, minutes of meetings, and action items for executive meetings, promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and business-critical information is crucial.
- You will perform other administrative and research-related duties as required, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred) is a must.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Research Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management is essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively are crucial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools are essential.
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines is critical.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information are non-negotiable.
- Organizational skills are a must.
- Communication skills are essential.
- Time-management skills are crucial.
- Interpersonal skills are required.
