About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. They will also have hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Service Cloud, and related tools. In addition, they will be familiar with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce development and a solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and best practices for customization. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and customizing Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
  • Designing and implementing technical solutions
  • Building and maintaining custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce
  • Implementing Omni-Channel features to enhance communication and improve customer experiences
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within the Salesforce environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications
  • Ensuring that Salesforce applications adhere to industry best practices and security protocols
  • Performing system upgrades, data migration, and routine maintenance tasks
  • Providing technical support and training to end-users as needed
