Affiliate Growth Manager

About the Role:

You will play a vital role in transforming the gaming industry by building and managing affiliate networks. From media buying to team leadership, your contributions will shape our global presence and redefine player experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor an affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Train team members and educate affiliates on products, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance affiliate knowledge and productivity.
  • Finding and developing new affiliates is key to expanding our network of promoters.
  • Provide support to VIP partners whenever needed, ensuring their satisfaction with exceptional maintenance services.
  • Monitor partner performance, results, and build good relationships with all partners, providing coaching and feedback for improvement.
  • Support partners through vertical integration, such as managing social media channels in cooperation with them.
Requirements:
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by providing top-notch maintenance services to our partners.
  • You will be accountable for the performance of the affiliate network and revenue growth.
  • Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs like potential partners found, deals closed, NGR per partner, and customer feedback, taking appropriate actions to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze daily reports to identify areas for improvement within the affiliate network.
  • Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities for betterment.
