As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the gaming industry landscape.

  • Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of affiliate professionals, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • You will be responsible for training and educating affiliates, monitoring their performance, and providing coaching and feedback to ensure optimal productivity and service quality.
  • A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures.
  • Identifying and developing new affiliates will be crucial in expanding our network of promoters.
  • You will provide support to VIP partners whenever needed and monitor partners' performance, results, and build strong relationships with all partners.
  • In addition, you will support partners through vertical integration by managing their social media channels in cooperation with them.
About Your Role:
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by providing exceptional maintenance services to our partners.
  • Take charge of network performance and revenue.
  • Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs such as the number of potential partners found, the number of deals closed, NGR per partner and in the markets, and partners/customers feedback.
  • Analyze daily reports to identify areas for improvement and drive process improvement within the affiliate network.
