Financial and Operational Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Financial and Operational Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing aging reports, processing payments, and conducting account reconciliations.

You will also be involved in monitoring and reversing debit notes and credit notes, as well as supporting the O2C team with invoice-wise reconciliation.

In addition, you will be responsible for claims processing, credit limit and exposure downloads, and EPOS data management.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Tasks:

As part of this role, you will be responsible for daily sales reporting, price structure dumps, and order processing from extracting orders files to OBD generation.

You will also need to correspond with suppliers and the team regarding numbers, generate Power BI sales reports, and create performance reports for customers.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating BW reports and one-pagers for internal use, setting monthly targets, and approving promotions with the CBU.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BBA or MBA degree or a bachelor's degree. Additionally, you should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

You will also need strong communication and analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and conflict resolution skills.
