We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across various market sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves developing and executing client retention strategies with exposure to international marketing plans. To succeed, you will need to possess in-depth knowledge of relevant products and processes to provide informative evaluation solutions for clients.

  1. Foster strong relationships with clients during the sales process.
  2. Deliver high-quality handovers to Client Services.
  3. Contribute to promotional activities.
  4. Ensure we remain a leader in media monitoring.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. A proven track record of lead generation and selling, along with intuitiveness for anticipating client needs.
  2. Demonstrated experience in supporting direct marketing agency relationships and practical focus on campaign reporting and analysis.
  3. A meticulous eye for detail.
  4. Excellent organizational and planning skills, accompanied by enthusiasm, motivation, and effective communication.
  5. Postgraduate qualification from a top-ranked institution or foreign university (MBA or MSc Marketing).
  6. 2-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a media/publishing environment.
  7. Sound commercial outlook and responsiveness to market trends.
  8. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and contact management systems.
