Fintech Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at PaySa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Increase transactional volume for the North region through successful sales and partnership development
- Develop a pipeline of potential merchants through targeted market visits and outreach
- Onboard merchants and deploy POS Terminals to drive business growth
- Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- Negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to close high-value premium merchant sales
- Prior experience with Merchant Acquisition and/or POS Terminal/fintech sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
