Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities of equipment and machinery, breakdown maintenance, quality inspection of jobs, and budget monitoring are done as per guidelines.

A day in the life of this role involves participating in Capital Investments projects in the factory, ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with expected quality. The ideal candidate will also train operators and maintenance crews, ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and environment, and play a key role in the continuous improvement of the factory through mastering the process and product characteristics.

The Maintenance Engineer will participate in the implementation of engineering tools at site level, such as NSAT, NIMS, AMM, etc., and ensure that all M&I installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety, and product quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure that all maintenance activities of equipment and machinery are done as per guidelines.
• Participate in Capital Investments projects in the factory.
• Train operators and maintenance crews.
• Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and environment.
• Play a key role in the continuous improvement of the factory through mastering the process and product characteristics.
• Implement engineering tools at site level.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance and improvement, a degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or equivalent/DAC with 10-year experience, and participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you should have exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning & maintenance execution, self-management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactive tracking of them. Personnel supervision skills are also essential for this role.
