
Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented customer support professional to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Process 50-60 daily customer inquiries using CRM software with precision and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, products, shipping, and returns in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for seamless tracking.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via multiple channels.
- Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong command of English communication with clarity and precision.
- Ability to manage a high volume of tickets efficiently without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as ChatGPT and Shopify is preferred but not required.
- This is an entry-level full-time position offering a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- A 30-minute paid break is included in the working hours.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full-time. Industry: Administrative and Support Services.
