Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Manager to oversee the quality of service provided by our network of authorized service centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service, minimizing repeat repairs and responses.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and control operational expenditure while managing resources within allocated guidelines.
- Center Performance Monitoring: Regularly visit and assess Authorized Service Centers, provide guidance, and improve service quality levels.
- Customer Support: Coordinate with Sales Teams and Dealers to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, providing critical issue reporting and feedback.
- Spare Parts Management: Ensure availability of spare parts, maintaining sufficient stock according to market requirements.
- Purchasing and Logistics: Raise timely demands for spare parts from headquarters and local purchase.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all requirements of Quality Management System are fulfilled, adhering to defined standards.
- Staff Training: Educate and train service staff to effectively perform their responsibilities.
- Sales Returns: Recommend sales returns considering technical reasons and follow established procedures.
This role requires ensuring high-quality service, efficient after-sales support, and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, controlling operational expenses and collaborating with key stakeholders for complaint handling is essential.
