
Project Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project coordination from inception to completion. This includes defining project objectives, creating and managing budgets, motivating team members, and ensuring effective communication among departments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate project timeframes, resources, equipment, and statistics to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain open communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
- Identify and mitigate risks, as well as develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with relevant project management certifications such as CAPM or PMP.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with occasional evening meetings or events.
The ideal candidate will be based in DHA Sector F Rwp, with travel opportunities available within Pakistan.
