Oracle Database Administrator Position

The role offers exposure to work with international clients in the leading healthcare arena, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage production support activities, data manipulation, and presentation.
  • Maintain and support enterprise-level EHR (Electronic Health Record) Oracle back-end systems.
  • Participate in data mining projects as an analyst/consultant, identifying and implementing business processes according to industry best practices.
  • Analyze and document end-user requirements, implement change requests, and perform performance tuning tasks.
  • Conduct acceptance testing and end-user training, participating in customer-related activities such as training and super user forums.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline, Master's degree preferred.
  • Oracle certification is mandatory.
  • 4-5 years of relevant DBA experience, with Cerner millennium experience in a healthcare environment considered a plus.
  • Business processes and functional requirements mapping experience.
  • Project management experience is desired.
  • Interpersonal and professional skills:
    • Ability to work independently and as a team lead.
    • Task-oriented with focus on deliverables.
    • Innovative with an analytical mindset.
    • Capable of meeting deadlines while ensuring quality.
    • Fluent in English language.
    • Ability to work with diverse cultures.
